About the role

We are seeking a Merchandising Support professional to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila on a full-time, hybrid basis. This role is based in BGC (Bonifacio Global City) and offers the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements. As a Merchandising Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal product presentation, inventory management, and sales performance across retail operations. This position is essential to maintaining our retail excellence standards and directly contributes to achieving our commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain product displays, ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines across all retail locations

• Conduct regular stock audits and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimise shrinkage

• Support the merchandising team in implementing promotional campaigns and seasonal product launches

• Analyse sales data and product performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Liaise with store managers and retail staff to address merchandising concerns and implement corrective actions

• Maintain detailed records of merchandising activities, planograms, and compliance documentation

• Assist in coordinating product placement and shelf allocation to maximise sales and customer engagement

• Support the preparation of merchandising reports and presentations for senior management review

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail best practices

• Contribute to the training and development of retail staff on merchandising standards and procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in merchandising, retail support, or a related field within the retail and consumer products sector

• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
