Job summary

Fuelerate is a growth partner for Shopify brands, hiring an E-commerce Researcher Specialist to convert research into actionable insights for CRO strategists. You will explore reviews, ads, pages, and social content to reveal customer motivations and patterns, using AI tools to accelerate the process.

The role focuses on fast, high-value research with clear documentation, working remotely with flexible hourly projects. Prior experience in ecommerce and strong English communication are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, customer psychology, marketing, or creative strategy.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to find useful information quickly and accurately.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to identify patterns and turn information into meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Research eCommerce brands, products, competitors, and markets.
• Analyze competitor ads, messaging, offers, and creative angles.
• Research customer psychology, pain points, desires, objections, and buying motivations.
• Dig through customer reviews, comments, forums, social media, and other voice-of-customer sources.
• Identify recurring patterns in how customers think, speak, and make purchasing decisions.
• Use templates and frameworks to structure findings.
• Use AI tools to speed up research and uncover patterns.
• Document research clearly with sources and evidence.
• Communicate gaps or important findings to the strategist.
• Complete research projects accurately within timeframe.
