Global Executive Solutions Group Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Fulfillment Assistant Manager in Pasig to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and coordination with 3PL partners.

The role emphasizes accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction in a footwear/fashion retail environment. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years in fulfillment or logistics, with 2–3 years in a leadership role, and hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, Anchanto Solutions, and OMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 5-7 years in fulfillment, logistics or supply chain roles with 2-3 years in leadership.
• Direct experience in ecommerce operations: order processing, inventory management, shipping and returns.
• Experience managing warehouses, 3PL partners or fulfillment centers.
• Familiarity with major ecommerce platforms and OMS; experience scaling during peak periods.
• Certifications are a plus.

Oversees the end-to-end order fulfillment process with a primary goal of ensuring high order accuracy, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manages warehouse operations and inventory, coordinate with 3PL providers and carriers and leads initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

• Promotes team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 5-7 years progressive experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain roles with at least 2-3 years in managerial or leadership position.
• Direct experience in e-commerce operations: order processing, inventory management, shipping and return systems and best practices.
• Knowledge in managing warehouses, 3PL partners and/or fulfillment centers.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling operations (handling order volume growth and seasonal spikes).
• Expertise with major ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Marketplace Accounts, Anchanto Solutions, Magento) and order management system (OMS).
• Knowledgeable in using and implementing inventory and warehouse management systems.
