Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking an eCommerce Associate to support marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy and our own LBY portals. You will monitor orders, cancel unshipped items, update listings, and respond to customer inquiries with accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and marketplace portals. You will coordinate content updates, manage PDFs, and assist with inventory tracking and basic marketing tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in eCommerce or administrative roles.
• Experience with Amazon, eBay, Walmart portals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Marketplace operations across AMZ, Ebay, Etsy.
• Update listings, respond to tickets, and handle cancellations.
• Enter tracking numbers and verify inventory weekly.
• Create kits and manage LBY Designer Pattern Marketplace listings.
• Update PDFs on LBY US/CA; post daily banner updates.
• Coordinate content in marketing portals; run ADA scans.
• Handle PayPal disputes for native sites.
• Set up new marketplaces and monitor order issues.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

AMZ

• Vendor Central cancellations for UK & US.

• Weekly check on Seller Central for unshipped orders.

• Respond to action required emails, including but not limited to availability, pricing, defects, return rate, opportunity, etc.

• Daily AMZ Marketplace cancellations.

• Respond to AMZ customer tickets in portal.

• Open and work through AMZ Casework as needed.

• Update ASIN listings with titles/imagery/content/etc.

Ebay

• Weekly check on portal for unshipped orders.

• Daily Ebay cancellations.

• Respond to Ebay customer tickets in portal.

• Update listings as needed.

Etsy

• Daily entering of tracking numbers in Etsy portal.

• Respond to Etsy customer tickets in portal.

• Verify inventory quantities, weekly.

LBY.com/QC.com

• Manage the LBY Designer Pattern Marketplace listings and create kits.

• Manage email inbox for Designer Pattern Marketplace.

• Monthly free pattern creation on lby.com websites.

• Weekly kit creation on lby.com websites.

• Update pattern and kit PDFs on LBY US and LBY CA as needed.

• Daily banner updates.

• Customer service coverage as needed.

• Paypal disputes for all native company websites.

• Run necessary weekly ADA scans and document findings.

• Coordinate content and implement changes in digital marketing portals.

• List patterns on the LBY Canadian website.

DSV

• Help set up new Marketplaces.

• Daily Walmart cancellations.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of eCommerce related or administrative experience helpful.

• Knowledge of Excel and different.com portals (i.e., Amazon, eBay, Walmart ).

• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently by deadline.

• Must be detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Team player who is reliable, adaptable and a quick learner.
