Job summary

1Lattice is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact ECM research delivery teams focused on IPOs, QIPs, and equity transactions. You will oversee end-to-end execution, coordinate with banks and clients, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs in fast-paced transaction environments.

In this role, you will mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts, drive process improvements, and foster a culture of delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in business research, consulting, market intelligence, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and projects within research, consulting, or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of ECM research mandates including reports, landscape, market sizing, and benchmarking.
• Manage development and delivery of research outputs for investment banks and corporates preparing capital market transactions.
• Lead project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for ECM mandates and ensure timely delivery.
