Job summary

Ummeed’s ECDD team is seeking enthusiastic trainers to deliver Early Childhood Development (0-6 years) training across Mumbai and outside. You will learn and stay up to date with training content, deliver modules in a structured format, and document outcomes post-session.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with specialization in psychology, OT, or ECD preferred. Travel within India is a crucial job requirement, and strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or arts.
• Specialization in psychology / occupational therapy / early childhood development beneficial.
• Willingness to travel within and outside Mumbai for trainings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trainings at project sites in Mumbai and beyond using Ummeed ECDD content.
• Deliver training modules in prescribed formats and maintain proficiency with materials.
• Reflect and document post-training outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Participate in developing training materials and assist with coordination.
• Travel to training sites in pairs or groups as required by the program.
