Pratham Education Foundation in India seeks a Content and Training Associate to develop high-quality program content and deliver training across districts. The role blends writing, translation, instructional design, and supportive field training for staff working at multiple levels.
The ideal candidate will translate content into Telugu, curate engaging materials, review materials with stakeholders, and conduct in-person or virtual sessions to ensure understanding and impact.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content and Training Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality content and for various training programs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness, as well as organising training for field staff. This role requires a blend of strong writing skills, translation skills, instructional design expertise, and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
This position will be responsibile for the overall program content management — the coordination of district, state, central internal teams, and government officials. Detailed responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following broad areas:
