Job summary

Pratham Education Foundation in India seeks a Content and Training Associate to develop high-quality program content and deliver training across districts. The role blends writing, translation, instructional design, and supportive field training for staff working at multiple levels.

The ideal candidate will translate content into Telugu, curate engaging materials, review materials with stakeholders, and conduct in-person or virtual sessions to ensure understanding and impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed./TTC or a master's degree from a prominent university.
  • 2–3 years of teaching experience.
  • 2–3 years of training delivery experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu (spoken & written).
  • Strong subject knowledge in Telugu, Mathematics and English.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate content with subject matter experts from internal and external teams to gather information and content for program materials.
  • Translation of the content from Hindi/English to Telugu language.
  • Develop engaging and interactive program content, including presentations, manuals, guides, videos, children’s materials, and other multimedia resources.
  • Coordinate the review and approval process for all program materials, incorporating feedback from stakeholders as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees internal and external, both in-person and virtually, ensuring engagement and comprehension of program content.
  • Independently handle the content training programs to the internal and external teams.
  • Support the evaluation and assessment of training programs, gathering feedback from participants, and analysing data to measure effectiveness.
  • Conduct research to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to training and development.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees who are working at the ground level.
  • Documentation and Reporting of program implementation process after the monitoring visits.
  • Monitor the content delivery by the trained staff (internal and external)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content and Training Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality content and for various training programs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness, as well as organising training for field staff. This role requires a blend of strong writing skills, translation skills, instructional design expertise, and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.

Required Qualification and Experience:
  • Any bachelor’s degree along with B.Ed. or TTC or any master’s degree from a prominent university.
  • 2 to 3 years of teaching experience.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of training delivery experience.
  • Well versed with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English or Hindi and Telugu language.
  • Good subject knowledge of Telugu, Mathematics and English.
Preferred:
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environment.
  • Work experience with government departments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively stay away from the native place with limited facilities.
  • Ability to converse with different district and mandal level officials.
  • Build relation with government officials from district to the teacher/Cluster Resource Person level.
  • Good training skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with people and work well with diverse teams.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and work independently.
  • Experience in similar position/role will be an added advantage.
