Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently whilst maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company system with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Process customer requests, including orders, returns, billing inquiries, and account updates.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards consistently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and product knowledge.
