Job summary

Angkas is seeking a proactive Activation & Onboarding Specialist to monitor early driver activity and deliver targeted engagement strategies. You will work closely with fleet managers and new drivers to ensure smooth onboarding during the critical first 21 days.

The role requires strong customer service, data reporting skills, and proficiency in GSuite, and offers a collaborative startup-like environment focused on growth and performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of activation and onboarding experience.
• Track record of exceptional customer service.
• Skilled in generating and presenting data/reports to stakeholders, including the executive team.
• Proficient in GSuite applications, especially GSheets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze new driver activity and performance during the initial 21-day period
• Develop and implement strategies to boost new driver engagement and productivity
• Collaborate with fleet managers to provide support to new drivers-members
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in early driver performance data and recommend improvements
• Communicate regularly with new drivers through calls, messages, and emails to ensure ongoing motivation and clarity on expectations
• Assist in the creation of educational content and onboarding materials tailored to early-stage driver needs
