Job summary

E-team Workforce Private Corporation is seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to lead end-to-end campus hiring for the UK & Ireland market in a hybrid setup.

You will manage graduate, internship, and apprentice programs, coordinate virtual and onsite assessment centers, and partner with hiring managers across the UK & Ireland.

This fast-paced role requires 2–3 years in early careers recruitment, strong stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Early Careers Recruitment / Campus Recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring for graduate, internship or apprenticeship programs.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for graduate, internship, apprentice, and campus hiring programs.
• Screen applications and assess candidate qualifications against hiring requirements.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person assessment centers, including scheduling and candidate communications.
• Support recruitment marketing, attraction campaigns, career events, and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across the UK & Ireland.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

We are looking for an Early Careers Recruiter with proven experience managing graduate programs, internship recruitment, apprentice hiring, and other campus recruitment initiatives. This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Do
