Job summary

MedSpecialized, Inc. is seeking a Technical Producer in Cebu City to ensure training projects are delivered on time and within scope.

You will develop, update, and assemble computer-based training videos and interactive learning materials, collaborating with SMEs to create engaging content and supporting ad hoc tasks as needed. This onsite role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Captivate, Amazon Polly, ElevenLabs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Experience and understanding of IMS usability and serviceability.
• Experience and understanding of Articulate 360 usability and serviceability.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, Amazon Polly, and ElevenLabs.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards
• Develop, create, and update computer-based training (CBT) videos in accordance with organizational requirements and learning objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and relevant stakeholders to develop accurate, engaging, and effective course content
• Design and develop interactive learning materials that enhance the overall training experience
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and provide project support as needed
