Qualifications

• Comfortable in fast-paced, multicultural, cross-functional environment with collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the scaling of MDP across the platform by tracking and driving program penetration.
• Support seller onboarding and expansion by identifying potential sellers and developing adoption approaches.
• Conduct data analysis and performance reviews to understand program performance and surface growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with category, seller-facing, and cross-functional teams to support MDP initiatives.
• Develop seller insights, reports, and materials to communicate MDP’s value and drive seller conversion.
• Assist in campaigns and initiatives to increase MDP participation and platform penetration.
