You will gain exposure to e-commerce operations, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional project execution.We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.Candidates may apply to a maximum of two positions across Our Company and its affiliates globally. • Monitor data for the overall Philippines e-commerce business and key industries, and continuously track and analyze performance across different sectors.
• Identify anomalies through data analysis, coordinate relevant stakeholders, and support follow-up investigations and deep-dive analysis.
• Conduct statistical analysis of industry operation metrics and indicator systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Data Analytics and Product.
• Support the productization and implementation of operational indicator systems to improve business monitoring efficiency.
• Collaborate with Account Managers (AMs) and merchants on initiatives to enhance communication channels and operational effectiveness.
• Participate in business goal setting, review processes, and analysis work to provide actionable support for business decision-making.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a undergraduate degree in Business or a related Marketing discipline.
• Solid data processing skills, with proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formula-based analysis, as well as SQL;
• Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and a proactive, self-driven working style;
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive tasks forward effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in e-commerce or livestream e-commerce;
• Interest in e-commerce strategy, data analysis, and change management;
• Familiarity with strategy operations or cross-border business is preferred.
