Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of social media trends.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel for basic data tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor creator metrics (GMV, KLS, conversion rates) and provide insights to optimize live selling and content strategies.
• Creator Management: Coordinate with creators—scheduling, campaign alignment, and livestream support.
• Super KLS Execution: Assist planning and execution of high-impact livestream sessions, including assortment strategy and real-time coordination.
• Creator Onboarding & Incubation: Help onboard new creators and support early-stage growth through incubation programs.
