Job summary

ByteDance in Taguig is seeking a Project Intern to contribute to end-to-end campaign execution and data-driven insights across the commerce operations team. Gain hands-on experience by supporting performance tracking, data analysis, and documentation for rapid, real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Figma and/or Canva for creating basic presentation materials and simple visual assets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, PivotTables, and basic data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in campaign performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience on academic, organizational, or internship projects involving project management or data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign performance tracking and reporting by monitoring key metrics such as GMV, orders, participation, and target achievement.
• Assist with data cleaning, validation, and analysis to identify campaign trends and performance insights.
• Maintain and enhance campaign trackers, dashboards, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate campaign timelines by tracking deliverables, following up with stakeholders, and supporting project documentation.
• Create presentation materials and simple visual assets using Figma and/or Canva for internal communications and campaign updates.
• Support post-campaign reviews by consolidating performance data, documenting key learnings, and preparing summary reports.
• Assist the team with day-to-day campaign operations and ad hoc projects as needed.
