Job summary

Simpletrade Solutions Inc., known as Dropify PH, is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to manage online stores, monitor sales, and improve performance.

Based in Quezon City with on-site work, this full-time role involves updating product listings, inventory, promotions, and coordinating with Marketing, Operations, and Finance. A background in e-commerce and proficiency with Shopee/Lazada/Shopify are a plus; we offer a laptop, HMO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or online selling.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, prices, descriptions, images, and inventory.
• Monitor orders, inventory, cancellations, returns, and fulfillment.
• Track daily/monthly sales and prepare basic e-commerce reports.
• Assist in implementing online promotions, discounts, vouchers, and campaigns.
• Monitor customer inquiries, reviews, ratings, and concerns.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Warehouse, Customer Support, and Finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer experience.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
