Job summary

You will lead e-commerce performance, manage store listings, pricing, and promotions on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok, and develop a calendar aligned with launches and campaigns. Fluency in English and Filipino is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management and/or social media marketing.
• Prior experience managing a small team preferred.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/company stores).
• Strong content creation skills (design tools, basic video editing, or ability to direct content creators).
• Comfortable working across multiple product lines and brands.
• Data-driven with ability to track and report on sales and engagement metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Own e-commerce sales performance across all product lines the company distributes.
• Manage online store presence, listings, pricing, and promotions across relevant platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
• Monitor and report on e-commerce sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage all company social media pages/accounts across platforms.
• Plan and produce content (organic and paid) to build awareness and drive sales across all product lines.
• Develop a content calendar aligned with promotions, product launches, and brand campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries/comments, and manage online community presence.
• Set goals, review performance, and develop the team's skills in content production and online store management.
