Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or similar role, with a focus on TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficient in managing product listings, inventory, and order processing on TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify platforms.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and SEM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online sales channels on TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Create and manage product listings with content, images, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify improvements.
