Technical Management Work

• Maintain consistent quality throughout livestreams
• Management of inventory
• Determine aging of equipment & scheduling for replacement & repair
• Procuring equipment and talking to suppliers regarding payment methods/billing
• Monitoring all department expenses per year

Work Scheduling

• Monitoring of studio logs
• Reporting to directly to execomm monthly updates regarding studio conditions and manpower productivity

Directing/Producer Work

• Directing mid-large scale projects
• Project manage of mid-large projects
• Determining needed equipment and set-up based on client/project needs
• Contacting and sourcing suppliers and manpower if needed
• Scheduling needed manpower (internal & external if needed)

Research & Development

• Researching technological development in the broadcasting, e-commerce, social media, & event industry
• Creation proof of concepts for studio set-ups, new equipment, & new technology that may help daily processes allowing the organization to minimize manpower cost by maximizing on technological investments
• Creation of new SOPs when there are new development in the work process
• Workflows
• System patching

IT

• Be the first to respond for IT-related concerns
• Coordination with Lynxlogic for any IT-related concerns
• Extraction of invoices for digital subscriptions
• Assisting the HR department for any organization related events that need technical assistance (Photoshoots, Employee-engagement events, board Meetings)
• Minimum of2-3 years of experience in technical production and setup.
• Proficient inOBS Studio andon-location broadcast setup.
• Strong technical knowledge in setting uplights, cameras, and audio for both studio and field environments.
• Skilled inresearching new technologies and staying updated with the latestindustry trends.
• Experience inequipment sourcing, includingsupplier negotiations andoutsourcing.
• Demonstrates a high level ofprofessionalism in all aspects of work.
• Willingness towork beyond regular hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Background in TV networks orlive event production is an advantage.
• Provenleadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a technical team.
