Job summary

Vserve Ebusiness Inc. is seeking an organized E-Commerce Product Information Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize product data across digital channels.

You will work with product data, supplier information, and e-commerce systems while collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and IT. You will maintain PIM content, create SEO-friendly descriptions and metadata, audit catalogs, and ensure accuracy and consistency across catalogs and categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in product content management, e-commerce, digital merchandising, marketing, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with large datasets.
• Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Highly organized with strong time and priority management.

Responsibilities

• Add, maintain, and update product information within a Product Information Management (PIM) system.
• Create, update, and audit product descriptions, specifications, attributes, images, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure product information is accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with standards.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including onboarding, updates, and discontinuations.
• Support taxonomy, categories, filters, and website navigation.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for specs, documents, images, and assets.
• Review supplier-provided information for quality and completeness.
• Manage spreadsheets, bulk imports, and vendor data feeds.
• Create SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and metadata.
• Conduct regular catalog audits to identify gaps and inaccuracies.
