Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Experience with e-commerce transactions, settlements, and reports.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily transactions across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms.
• Reconcile sales, payments, refunds, fees and settlements against internal records.
• Review settlement reports and investigate discrepancies or unmatched transactions.
• Monitor outstanding payments, refunds, and transaction issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate e-commerce sales, settlement, and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, E-Commerce, and Operations teams to resolve payment and transaction concerns.
