Job summary

ZHW CCTV Parts & Accessories is seeking an HR Officer to manage e-commerce accounts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and support warehouse and delivery coordination.

You will print invoices, ensure documents, and maintain records; strong communication and attention to detail are essential. This onsite role is based in Karuhatan, Valenzuela, with paid training and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned e-commerce account (Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop).
• Process and monitor customer orders accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Print advance invoices, delivery receipts, and attachments before delivery.
• Ensure documents are complete prior to delivery.
• Maintain organized records of orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery personnel on order status.
• Perform related warehouse and administrative tasks as assigned.
