Job summary

Platintel is seeking an organized E-Commerce Operations & Merchandise Analyst to drive end-to-end buying cycle operations, supplier communications, logistics coordination, and multi-system inventory management. The role supports the Managing Director across the full product lifecycle—from pre-season analysis to post-shipment reporting.

Requirements include 3+ years in merchandising or related fields, proficiency with Shopify (Matrixify), POS/ERP systems, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in merchandising, buying, or merchandise operations (fashion/lifestyle retail preferred).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for reporting and inventory planning.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong coordination across store staff, warehouse and vendors.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Buying & Order Management: translate MD orders into purchase summaries, manage orders, and finalize details.
• Vendor communication: coordinate with global vendors for order confirmations, images, and master files.
• Logistics & Shipment Follow-Up: track shipments, prepare shipping docs, and coordinate freight with partners.
• Multi-System Maintenance & Inventory: upload product lists, maintain listings on Shopify and update in LightSpeed across regions.
• Reporting & Analytics: produce weekly sales and inventory reports and support open-to-buy planning.
