Job summary

Primer Group of Companies seeks a Merchandising Supervisor/Category Buyer (E-Commerce) to drive a balanced, profitable merchandise program. The role focuses on effective buying, allocation, and inventory management across channels with a strong emphasis on store performance and KPI-driven decisions.

The candidate will analyze stock movement, coordinate replenishment, and support the Merchandising Manager with insights and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in merchandising, marketing, and retail business.

Responsibilities

Supports Merchandising Supervisor in maintaining effective merchandising operations aligned with overall strategy.
Sets up and maintains seasonal store grading and reviews cost to fill.
Analyzes stock movement, replenishment, and door performance to optimize profitability.
Manages initial merchandise allocation to stores based on channel plan.
Monitors sell-through, aging stock, and relevance per door and product category.
Prepares KPI reports and analyzes trends for the BU/team cluster.
Builds product knowledge through competitor and market intelligence.
