Job summary

D2B is seeking an E-commerce & Operations Coordinator to support a New Zealand wellness brand across NZ and Australia. The role spans e-commerce, customer experience, wholesale account management, supply chain, inventory coordination, and project administration.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Operations to keep operations smooth, coordinating with customers, retailers, suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations coordination or related roles.
• Experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, health and wellness, or FMCG is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, order management, subscriptions, and e-commerce reporting.
• Background in wholesale/B2B operations, account management, order processing, invoicing, and retailer coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee e-commerce & customer experience operations including enquiry handling and order processing.
• Coordinate brand communications, influencer outreach, and creator logistics.
• Manage wholesale accounts, invoicing, pricing, and retailer documentation.
• Coordinate supply chain activities, inventory movements, and supplier liaison.
• Support project administration, dashboards, and operational reporting.
