Job summary

Pear Tree. is seeking a highly organized E-commerce & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across New Zealand and Australia.

This broad, hands-on role covers e-commerce, customer experience, wholesale coordination, supply chain, inventory management, and project administration. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure smooth operations with customers, retailers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, e-commerce operations, supply chain, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries across channels (email, live chat, helpdesk, website, social media).
• Oversee online order processing, tracking, amendments, cancellations, refunds, returns, and subscription changes.
• Coordinate with couriers and 3PL providers to resolve delivery issues and fulfilment discrepancies.
• Monitor customer feedback and prepare monthly insights reports.
• Coordinate influencer and UGC creator outreach, campaigns, and deliveries.
• Maintain creator databases, trackers, and partnership documentation.
• Process wholesale orders, confirmations, and invoicing using Unleashed.
• Maintain wholesale pricing, product info, retailer docs, and promo materials.
• Track stock levels, inventory movements, expiry dates, and warehouse accuracy.
• Assist with production scheduling, purchase orders, and supplier follow-ups.
• Support demand forecasting, inventory reporting, and monthly planning.
