Private Advertiser in Makati seeks an experienced E-Commerce Merchandiser to optimize online product assortment, inventory, campaigns, and overall commercial performance.
You will manage assortment across brand.com and marketplaces, curate collections, monitor inventory, analyze KPIs, and coordinate with Merchandising, Store, R&D, Digital Content, and other teams to drive growth. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in sales/retail with 2 years in e-commerce.

The company is currently expanding its e-commerce operations and is looking for an E-Commerce Merchandiser to help optimize its online product assortment, inventory, campaigns, and overall commercial performance.
Manage online product assortment and inventory across brand.com and relevant marketplace platforms.
Curate collections and product boosting initiatives to increase clicks, conversion, and sales.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of product listings, pricing, and product information.
Optimize product categorization, displays, collections, and listing information.
Execute online advertising and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Store, R&D, Digital Content, and other relevant teams.
Monitor online inventory availability and identify potential stock issues.
Coordinate stock allocation and inventory requirements with Merchandising, Store, Warehouse, and other teams.
Monitor key SKUs and categories, particularly during major campaigns.
Track inventory aging and slow-moving products.
Identify opportunities for markdowns, promotions, and product highlights.
Ensure inventory consistency between ERP, stores, and e-commerce platforms.
Monitor sales, clicks, conversion, availability, traffic, and other e-commerce KPIs.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to improve product range, display, and inventory.
Identify underperforming products/categories and recommend corrective actions.
Work with Digital Content and Performance teams to improve traffic and engagement.
Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations regarding customer and product-related concerns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in sales or retail, with a minimum of 2 years in e-commerce.
Excellent numerical, data management, and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of merchandising, category management, and inventory/product management.
Familiarity with e-commerce operations, digital coordination, and product lifecycle management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with Shopify, GrabFood, or similar e-commerce/marketplace platforms is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to manage tasks and projects independently.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
