Job summary

Transitions Executive Search, Inc. seeks an E-Commerce Head for an apparel manufacturer and retailer in Muntinlupa.

You will develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy to grow online sales, profitability and customer engagement across all digital channels. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, forecasts and performance metrics, and partner with marketing, product and operations to optimize the end-to-end online customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or e-commerce.
• 7+ years in e-commerce/digital retail with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience in fashion/apparel or consumer goods preferred.
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and omnichannel operations.
• Data-driven with proven online sales growth and performance optimization.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and performance management experience.
• Digital marketing and online campaign execution expertise.
• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

One of the leading apparel manufacturers and retailers in the country is looking for an E-Commerce Head. The position is responsible for developing and executing the Company's overall e-commerce strategies to drive sustainable online sales growth, profitability, and customer engagement across all digital commerce channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Seven years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital commerce, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in the fashion, apparel, retail, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, digital merchandising, customer journey management, and omnichannel retail operations.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth through data-driven strategies and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and business planning skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, sales planning, and performance management.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and online campaign execution.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with other departments
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Muntinlupa City.
