Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant Manager in Metro Manila to lead Sunnies’ online channels, ensuring accurate listings, optimized promotions, and strong GMV performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and brand websites.

You will coordinate cross-functionally with Social Commerce and Brand Teams, manage stock and storefront health, and guide Associates to execute campaigns flawlessly. This role requires 3–5 years in e-commerce and a strong commercial mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field.
3-5 years of e-commerce experience with direct ownership of marketplace or web storefront management.
Experience with major marketplace platforms such as Shopee and Lazada Seller Center.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands or SKU categories simultaneously.
Preferably experience managing a team of associates or coordinators in an e-commerce environment.
Exposure to web CMS platforms and basic understanding of website product management.
Background in retail, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand e-commerce.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and demand forecasting basics.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end management of Sunnies' e-commerce and marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, brand websites).
Ensure product listings are live, accurate, and optimized (title, description, imagery, pricing, inventory).
Coordinate with Inventory and Supply on stock availability and replenishment to prevent disruptions.
Monitor storefront health metrics (listing quality, seller ratings, fulfillment, platform compliance).
Translate promotional calendars into platform-specific execution plans and go-live checklists.
Coordinate with Brand Teams on campaign assets, landing pages, and ad-to-page alignment.
Supervise Associates during campaign launches and resolve issues in real time.
Conduct post-campaign reviews (GMV vs. Target, sell-through, efficiency, learnings).
Stay current on e-commerce developments and leverage insights to drive performance.
Identify opportunities to improve storefront performance via vouchers, flash sales, and bundles.
Manage day-to-day operations, priorities, and workload of E-Commerce Associates.
Review Associate outputs before go-live and provide coaching to develop platform competency.
