The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with product content, supplier data handling, and scalable catalog maintenance, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, and Office tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Catalog Operations or related roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
• Excellent data quality focus with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and maintain product information including titles, specs, descriptions.
• Organize product images, videos, and digital assets.
• Ensure consistency of listings across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and similar platforms.
• Upload products with variants, pricing, collections, and categories.
• Manage data across PIM/DAM systems and link assets to SKUs.
• Upload catalogs from suppliers and standardize data.
• Update pricing and inventory, remove unavailable products, and ensure catalog quality.
