Job summary

Bostik Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to oversee product data management and e-commerce operations.

You will manage data syndication across PIM and output channels, ensuring accurate mappings and timely publication for B2B e-shops, marketplaces, and distributors. The role emphasizes data enrichment, collaboration with stakeholders, and ongoing improvement of data quality and platform stability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or product data management.
• Experience with PIM systems; exposure to DAM, MDP, and B2B e-shop platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage product data syndication across PIM and output channels.
• Support data enrichment and finalize Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for publication.
• Validate resolution of TDS-related concerns from product managers.
• Assist B2B e-shop configuration, testing, and daily inquiries from internal teams and customers.
• Monitor e-shop performance, data quality, and platform stability; escalate issues as needed.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage product data syndication across PIM and output channels (e.g., B2B e-shop, marketplaces, distributors), including mapping content requirements to PIM data models, monitoring channel readiness, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve data gaps and syndication issues




• Support data enrichment, accuracy, and completeness within the PIM system, including coordination with stakeholders to finalize Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for publication




• Validate resolution of TDS-related concerns from product managers and recommend actions for outstanding items




• Support B2B e-shop configuration, testing, and day-to-day operational inquiries from internal teams and customers (e.g., content maintenance, landing page updates, user access management)




• Monitor e-shop performance, data quality, and platform stability, escalating issues to IT or relevant teams when needed




• Identify operational inefficiencies, data quality concerns, and user experience gaps, and propose continuous improvement initiatives
