Job summary

Relia Sourcing is seeking a Data Entry Operator to support our Operations team in onboarding new partners onto a digital commerce and marketplace automation platform. The role focuses on managing, validating, and organizing large volumes of product and catalog data to ensure accuracy and seamless system integration.

You will retrieve, review, and adjust data, upload data within internal systems, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining high data quality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional experience in data entry or a related administrative/data role (Preferably from E-commerce / Retail Technology / Marketplace Enablement industries)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (required)
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable handling repetitive and structured data tasks

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, review, and adjust product and catalog data as required
• Upload and maintain data within internal systems and platforms
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting
• Coordinate with internal teams through email and documented workflows
