Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking an E-commerce Assistant to manage product listings and marketplace operations across Walmart, Amazon, eBay, Temu, and more. You will ensure accurate data, update listings, and oversee inventory across multiple platforms while generating sales reports.

The role is fully remote with a Monday–Friday schedule and requires strong written English, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and optimize product listings across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Temu, and other marketplaces.
• Manage and update existing listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and specs.
• Use Sellercloud to manage product data, inventory, and marketplace operations.
• Monitor product availability and update inventory records as needed.
• Generate sales, inventory, and marketplace performance reports.
• Identify listing errors, missing information, and discrepancies across platforms.
• Maintain accurate and consistent product information across channels.
• Assist with adding new products and expanding into additional marketplaces.
• Follow marketplace guidelines and resolve listing-related issues.
• Perform general e-commerce administrative tasks as assigned.

E-commerce Assistant – Remote

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Assistant to manage product listings and marketplace operations for a cellphone wholesale business selling on Walmart, Amazon, eBay, Temu, and other online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have experience creating and updating product listings, managing inventory information, generating reports, and maintaining accurate product data across multiple platforms.

• Location: Anywhere Globally
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time
• Required Platforms: Sellercloud, eBay, Walmart, Amazon
• Key Skills: Product listing management, inventory updates, reporting, and data accuracy
• Work Setup: Fully Remote

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or product listing administration.
• Familiarity with Sellercloud, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace.
• Experience creating and maintaining product listings across multiple platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling product data and inventory information.
• Ability to generate reports, organize data, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and suitable home office setup.
