Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking a detail-oriented Walmart Listing Specialist to manage and optimize product listings on Walmart Marketplace. The role requires hands-on Walmart Seller Center experience and the ability to maintain accurate, compliant listings that drive sales.

You will oversee large catalogs, perform bulk uploads, optimize titles and keywords, monitor listing health, and coordinate with Walmart Seller Support to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform bulk uploads and catalog updates as needed.
• Ensure all listing information is accurate and up to date.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, key features, and keywords to improve visibility and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Improve listing quality scores and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor product performance and recommend strategies to increase sales.
• Navigate and manage daily tasks within Walmart Seller Center.
• Troubleshoot listing errors, unpublished items, and suppression issues.
• Monitor listing health and compliance with Walmart Marketplace policies.
• Coordinate with Walmart Seller Support to resolve account and catalog issues.
• Update inventory quantities and pricing information.
• Monitor stock availability and communicate inventory concerns.
• Ensure pricing remains competitive while maintaining profitability.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Walmart Seller Center and understands how to create accurate, compliant, and high-converting listings that improve product visibility and drive sales.

This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing large product catalogs while maintaining listing accuracy and marketplace compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing Management

• Create, upload, and maintain product listings on Walmart Marketplace
