You will manage website operations, marketing campaigns, content, and analytics, coordinating with developers, copywriters, and designers to implement revenue-driving strategies.

Experience with analytics platforms and OTA integrations is preferred. The role covers CMS management for B2C & B2B channels, revenue reporting, and budget planning

Responsibilities

• Devising strategies to drive online sales using sales insights, standards, and new developments.
• Creating frameworks that transform social media into highly profitable platforms.
• Directing developers, copywriters, and designers to follow predefined strategies.
• Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
• Creating promotional offers and ensuring correct uploads.
• Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers for accuracy.
• Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and marketing impact.
• Supervising all activities and product development.
• Working closely with web development and technical teams.
• Implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Monitoring customer reviews to improve products and services.
• CMS management (rates and allocations) for B2C & B2B channels.
• Back-end analytics and management: Google, CMS, Website, OTAs, Hotel101 App.
• Content management: Website, App, OTAs (rates and allocations).
• Revenue reporting — daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Budget creation/planning.

Job description

The E-commerce and Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's online sales and presence. They will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website, increase conversion rates, and grow sales revenue. E-commerce Manager will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business, including website management, marketing campaigns, and online advertising.

• Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in of the company
• Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
• Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
• Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
• Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
• Reviewing copy and legal disclamers to verify their accuracy.
• Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Supervise all activities and product development
