Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce strategy and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs.
• Strong data analytics and KPI optimization abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Knowledge of social commerce and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multidivisional e-commerce and affiliate strategy to grow online sales.
• Build, manage, and optimize the affiliate network with high-potential partners.
