Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Hands‑on experience with AR, AP, reconciliation, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret financial information and identify discrepancies or trends.
• Strong data analytics skills, particularly in analyzing sales, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and accounting systems.
• E-commerce accounting or finance experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Review, verify, and audit invoices, receipts, billing documents, and supporting financial records.
• Prepare regular financial reports, account reconciliations, and financial summaries.
• Monitor company income, expenses, and cash transactions and ensure proper recording.
• Monitor e-commerce sales and transactions and assist in analyzing sales performance and profitability.
• Identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, and accounting errors and coordinate necessary corrections.
• Assist in monitoring e-commerce platform, expenses, deductions, refunds, and other related costs.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting and financial records.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, audit requirements, and other finance-related activities.
