DAPL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT SERVICES PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an experienced technical lead to own Dynamics 365 solutions, drive architecture decisions, and partner with business and technology teams.

You will define project specifications, translate business needs into technical designs, and act as the technical design authority across initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure knowledge, and a proven track record in large CRM transformation

Qualifications

Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Services.
Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps and App Registration.
Medium/large CRM transformation project experience.
Advanced coding skills: JavaScript, .NET, C#, React.js, SSRS, SSIS.
Strong API understanding from implementation to management.
Familiarity with web frameworks for integration and development.
Experience modernizing application processes on Azure platform.

Responsibilities

Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans and take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solution.
Work with technology and business groups to define project specifications.
Translate business requirements into technical vision and software solutions.
Act as the Technical Design Authority on projects with other tech resources.
Identify risks and mitigate technical debt with the team.
Assist teams in timelines, tasks, and requirements gathering.
Participate in full development lifecycle and engage stakeholders.
Provide clear design guidance to the development team.
Align solutions with architectural trends in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure.
