Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an ERP & Digital Solutions Administrator/Analyst to own, enhance, and expand our enterprise systems across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and related digital platforms.

The role will support digital transformation across our HK, China, and Thailand manufacturing operations by digitising manual processes, automating repetitive tasks, improving data quality, optimising ERP processes, and

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC).
Practical experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Teams and workflow automation.
Basic knowledge of Business Central AL.
Experience supporting ERP, digital solutions, or business systems.

Responsibilities

Provide ERP and digital solutions support across the platform.
Maintain system documentation and release notes.
Support system upgrades, deployments, and go‑lives.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors to deliver business solutions.
Develop Power Apps and automate workflows.
Integrate Power Apps with Business Central and Power BI.
