Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a senior technical lead to plan, deliver, and oversee CRM projects across teams. You will guide technical decisions, review designs for security and scalability, and mentor developers to ensure quality outcomes.

You will manage CI/CD pipelines, participate in stakeholder discussions, support users during hypercare, and document best practices. A strong background in Dynamics 365 CE, Azure, and Power Platform is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Proficient in Azure, Office 365, .NET, C#, Java, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Knowledge of SharePoint integration.
• Strong experience in system architecture, application development, and system integration.
• Familiar with CI/CD, Git, and automated deployment.
• Knowledge of containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications are preferred.
• Agile or PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage technical tasks for CRM projects.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Update project plans and track progress.
• Review solution designs to ensure security, scalability, and quality.
• Review requirements, test plans, and traceability documents.
• Resolve technical issues during SIT and UAT.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and DevOps processes.
• Work with internal teams to deliver project milestones.
• Support vendor evaluation and monitor technical deliverables.
• Lead technical discussions and escalated issues when needed.
• Support users during Hypercare and hand over to the Application Support team.
• Document best practices and lessons learned.
• Train and onboard new Technical Leads on project processes.
