Capgemini is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant (6-9 years) to lead functional design and delivery of Microsoft Business Applications. You will translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, collaborating with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders in a global context.

Strong knowledge of CRM processes and agile delivery is required.

Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops and business analysis sessions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs for Dynamics 365 CE.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules, including entities, forms, views, BPFs, business rules, dashboards, charts, and security roles.
• Design and validate solutions using Model-driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Platform capabilities, and standard Dynamics features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery, architecture, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes.
