Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Dynamics 365 specialist to analyze business requirements and translate them into robust functional and technical specifications. The role covers CRM component development, module customization, and REST-based integrations with Power Automate flows.

You will leverage Azure services (Service Bus, Function Apps, App Service, API Management) and demonstrate strong ALM practices using Azure DevOps and GitHub. Collaboration with business and tech teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into system designs.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
• Experience with Azure services and REST integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop CRM components including forms, workflows, plugins, dashboards and reports.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules.
• Demonstrate web development experience using modern web stacks.
• Build integrations using REST and Power Automate Flows.
• Utilize Azure services: Service Bus, Function Apps, Application Insights, API Management, Logic Apps and App Service.
• Provide implementation and deployment guides.
• Package solutions and manage deployments across environments.
• Demonstrate ALM proficiency with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions.
• Define integrations, data flows and system interactions.
• Produce functional and technical specifications.
• Create process flows, sequence diagrams and data mappings.
• Communicate with business and technical teams; conduct demonstrations and walkthroughs.
