Job summary

SGS is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer/Expert to lead the design, development, customization, and evolution of the Dynamics 365 platform and related business applications. You will own technical direction and promote scalable, secure enterprise solutions across integrations and development standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver high-quality implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement across the Dynamics ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong ownership and end-to-end technical vision.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or dual-write integrations.
• Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Familiarity with migrations from legacy Dynamics CRM versions to Dynamics 365.
• Experience with front-end frameworks for portal or integrated UI development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / CRM).
• Configure and extend Dynamics using plugins, workflows, Power Platform, and custom integrations.
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions across the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
• Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices for Dynamics environments.
• Optimize and modernize existing Dynamics implementations, reducing technical debt and improving scalability and performance.
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
