Capgemini is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant (6-9 years) to lead functional design and delivery of Microsoft Business Applications. You will translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, collaborating with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders in a global context.

Strong knowledge of CRM processes and agile delivery is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs for Dynamics 365 CE.

• Design and validate solutions using Model-driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Platform capabilities, and standard Dynamics features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery, architecture, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant 6 Years to 9 Years to lead functional design and delivery of Microsoft Business Applications. You will work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, usercentric Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.

Your Profile

Strong functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE . Lead and facilitate requirementsgathering workshops and business analysis sessions to understand customer needs, processes, and pain points. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs for Dynamics 365 CE. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules , including entities, forms, views, Business Process Flows (BPFs), business rules, dashboards, charts, and security roles. Design and validate solutions using ModelDriven Apps , Dataverse , Power Platform capabilities , and standard Dynamics features. Possess a strong understanding of CRM business processes such as Sales, Customer Service, Case Management, and Customer Engagement. Prepare functional documentation, training materials , and conduct enduser training and knowledgetransfer sessions. Work with Power Platform tools (ModelDriven Apps, Power Automate functional usage). Have handson exposure to Agile delivery models and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog and sprint management. Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional, delivery, architecture, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes. Exhibit strong communication, documentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills .
