Job summary

LUX DEZINE CORP is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Ortigas Pasig City sales team. You will drive revenue growth, identify new opportunities, present products, and close deals while delivering excellent customer service to a diverse client base.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel within the territory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and proficiency with Excel and sales tools is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territories or segments.
• Make outbound calls, emails, and conduct face-to-face meetings to present products/services to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend solutions aligning with business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and conditions to close sales while maintaining profitability.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
