Job summary

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow-ups with customers.

• Accurately update customer interactions in the CRM.
• Complete SMS alerts and call reminders.
• Meet daily call volume and service performance targets.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Fleet/Transport, and Warehouse teams.
