Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Lead solution development, integration, and technical implementation.
• Apply DevOps practices to Dynamics 365 projects.
• Perform requirements analysis and solution design.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders across business and IT teams.

• Business analysis and requirements elicitation
• End-to-end system design and technical documentation
• Testing strategy definition, validation, and quality assurance
• Strong stakeholder communication across business and technical teams

Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (MB-230)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) is a big plus
• Agile or Business Analysis certifications are a plus.
