Job summary

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to perform daily and preventive maintenance in hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring quick responses to equipment breakdowns. You will analyze conditions and prepare detailed engineering reports to support facility operations.

The role requires a 1-2 year background in hotel maintenance or related engineering fields, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1-2 years in hotel operations or similar engineering maintenance.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems.
• Strong attention to detail and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance in hotel rooms and public areas.
• Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns.
• Prepare engineering/technical reports.

Brief Job Description:

• Perform day to day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel rooms and public areas.

• Immediate response to equipment breakdowns

• Provide in-depth analysis and preparation of well-sound Engineering/Technical Reports

Required Skills:

• Preferably with at least 1-2 years work experience in the same capacity in hotel operations or any field of Engineering operation and maintenance practice, implementing medium to large hotel.

• Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems.

• Systematic, self-starter, guest oriented and with keen eye for details and active listening skills.

• Knowledgeable in MS office, OPERA System and other relevant software/applications

• Good time management skills

Educational background:

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
