Job summary

Cevio Hotel Corporation is seeking a seasoned Engineer Manager to lead hotel engineering operations in Tacloban. You will oversee maintenance programs, coordinate with departments, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance for hotel facilities.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license, has 5+ years in hotel engineering with supervisory experience, and demonstrates strong budgeting and team leadership to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field.
• PRC License is required.
• 5+ years in hotel engineering, facilities management or building maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, generators, water treatment.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with Philippine Building Code, Fire Code, OSHS and related regulations.
• Experience managing engineering teams, contractors and maintenance schedules.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and inventory management skills for engineering operations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and coordination across hotel departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CMMS is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergencies.

Job description
