Job summary

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. seeks a Maintenance Engineer to perform day to day routine and preventative maintenance within hotel rooms and public areas in Manila.

Immediate response to equipment breakdowns will be required, along with the preparation of in-depth engineering/technical reports to support operations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hotel operations or engineering maintenance experience and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems.

Qualifications

• Preferably with at least 1-2 years work experience in the same capacity in hotel operations or any field of Engineering operation and maintenance practice, implementing medium to large hotel.
• Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems.
• Systematic, self-starter, guest oriented and with keen eye for details and active listening skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS office, OPERA System and other relevant software/applications
• Good time management skills

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel rooms and public areas.

• Provide in-depth analysis and preparation of well-sound Engineering/Technical Reports
